Fire Doors
Our performance Fire Doors provide safety and style to any project

Oak veneered Corridor Fire Doors

(installed in local Primary School by MPH Construction Ltd for Flintshire County Council)

Ash veneered Fire Doors with glazed sidelight windows

(supplied to a School as an extra barrier for fire protection & security)

In addition to our purpose made Joinery we are able to supply a full range of FD30 & FD60 fire doors faced in a wide variety of finishes to your own choice or to Architect's specifications including real wood veneer such as Oak, Ash, Walnut etc prefinished with clear lacquer, laminate in any colour or pattern or simply white primed to accept a gloss paint finish.

Our fire doors are fully compliant to BS 476-2 & BS EN 1634-1 and the Field of Application Report to the door core provided.

We are also able to offer door frames to Architect's door schedules or own specifications and pre-hang doors in frame (or prep for hinges supplied by others) or supply full doorsets with prepped and fitted lockcase, flush bolts and other recessed hardware items such as concealed door closers in double action doors. All door frames and doorsets are supplied with intumescent seals to the designated fire rating. 

We have experience in supplying doorsets to many sectors including:

Anti-Finger trap doors hung on 'Safehinges' to doors in Primary Schools and other public buildings where safety is an important factor

Anti-Barricade doors fitted with removable door stops and anti-ligature hardware to the Mental Health sector

HTM 58 compliant doorsets to the NHS with fire discs and hygienilac clear lacquer finish to kill harmful bacteria

Single and double action doors

Acoustic doors where privacy is important such as meeting rooms or GP Surgeries

Contrasing colour door lippings to DDA requirements

Vision panels to any size and configuration fixed with bolection or flush glazing beads

Automatic dropdown seals can also be fitted to the bottom edge of doors for smoke control to comply with the latest revision of BS 8214:2026
